Carmine Charles Tobasco, 85, of Jackson, NJ, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 20, 2018 at the Sunrise of Jackson in Jackson, NJ. Born in Flushing NY, Mr. Tobasco was former vice president for Pentapco Inc. He was very active in the East Brunswick Baseball Managers Association and was a past president of the association serving for many years. In the Winding Ways community he was active in their Italian American Club.
Carmine was a lifelong NY Yankees and NY Giants fan, he loved to take trips to the casinos and enjoyed traveling the world with his beloved Eileen. He had a magnetic personality, and left a mark on those he met everywhere. He was loved by many and was a truly devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
Son of the late Peter Paul and Anna (Calabrese) Tobasco; husband of the late Eileen (Golden) Tobasco; brother of the late Anthony Oliveri; brother-in-law of the late Cynthia Blacksberg; Carmine leaves behind to mourn his loss, his three children, Peter Henri Tobasco (Dawn), Lisa Ann Furbeck, and Richard Guy Tobasco (Cheryl); eight grandchildren: Brittany and Erica Tobasco, Nicole, Victoria, and Heather Furbeck, Bradley Tobasco (Katie), Alexandra and Jonathan Tobasco; a great granddaughter, Violet Tobasco; two sisters, Carol Corrao and Mary Cicorelli (Patrick); four sisters-in-law, Patricia Kramer (Lawrence), Susan Wexler, Amy Harvey, and Beth Azaroff; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Incarnation Church, 1545 Pennington Rd., Ewing, NJ. Cremation will be private and will follow the funeral mass. Family and friends may call Friday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday morning from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Parkside Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 1584 Parkside Ave., Ewing, NJ 08638.
