My heart is broken to hear this sad news. My memory of Andy, a loving soul, so kind, so soft a voice, a gentle spirit and an inspiration so worthwhile, a sympathy so sure, yet so deep. I feel that it was just yesterday when I was reporting to the office on Whitehorse Avenue. You made me feel like part of the family and to hear of such loss is heartbreaking. To the Giancarli's, although no words can really help to ease the loss that you all bear, just know that you are all very close to my hearth in thought and prayer. With love and deepest sympathy, Tracy Bellerby-Tosti
