Dear Pam and Johnny, Meghan and Anthony,

I never met him, but I knew his daughter, and his son in law, and at a young age, when
Meghan was young, I babysat her at the basketball courts, while the others played. My
deepest sympathy, and even though we haven't really seen each other since Dino's wedding,
Augie would talk about how proud he was of the two of you, and his grandchildren when I
would visit for Christmas Eve with a either a Carpineto Reserva or Poinsetta, before they
would be picked up by Dino. He loved you very much as I have since 1976, when the two of married.
Rest in peace for your Dad, his job is done, yours is beginning, starting life without him.
