Margaret Anita Iandolo, 78, of West Windsor, NJ, entered into her eternal rest with the Lord on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 surrounded by her loving family at home. She retired as the assistant to the construction official for West Windsor Township in 2011. Margaret was devoted to her Christian faith in Jesus, her children, grandchildren, pets, and her beloved husband, Joe. Margaret was musically inclined, having been a member of St. Hubert's High School orchestra for which she played the clarinet. She also was a decent piano player and learned the autoharp in mid-life. She was a devoted member of the Nassau Christian Center in Princeton, NJ.
Margaret was born in Philadelphia, the daughter of the late Gerhard and Margaret (Mee) Colby; sister-in-law of the late Robert Iandolo and Anita Iandolo. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Carmen Joseph Iandolo; her three children, Adria and husband Douglas Knehr; Alicia and husband Thomas Delia; and David Iandolo and wife Beth. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Aiden and Callie Knehr, Anelise, Nathaniel, and Alexis Delia, and Faith Iandolo. Margaret will be missed by family and many dear friends.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects to Margaret on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nassau Christian Center, 26 Nassau St., Princeton, NJ 08542. (Parking is available in the Chambers Street parking lot.) Christian services will be held immediately following at 11:00 AM. Entombment will be held privately.
